Entry Fees
Adults - $160.00 ($170 after June 10, 2019) and $60 for Juniors. There will be 8 Flights (Men, Ladies, Juniors, Seniors) depending on the number of players. Field is limited to 160 golfers.  There will be 3 places in each flight.  Please sign up and pay early. Make checks or money orders payable to Par Four Charities, Inc.  No checks will be accepted after June 10th.  Call (850) 453-7599 to schedule a Friday practice round ($25 fee).
